Hosted by Jabari Exum of Hueman Prophets, Words Beats & Life presents two groups [Mohammed Yahya + Poetic Pilgrimage] who have crossed continents to bring you the freshest hip-hop from the UK, with their Jamaican and Mozambican/Portuguese roots flavor. These British emcees offer a uniquely dope sound to this amazing bill of artists. Omar Offendum, a Syrian-American emcee, Kooley High (North Carolina), and DC’s own Asheru accompanied by a live band, The ELs, will represent the best of American hip-hop. This five-way lyrical threat will be the hottest show of spring!
